Intelligent management for the radiant climate control system of a Russian bank
The ideal climate 365 days a year

For the new Sberbank branch in Kazan (Russia), the client opted for a modern room climate control system with radiant floor, ceiling and wall systems and electronic control of all values to ensure optimal management and maximum efficiency of the system, 24 ours a day, 7 day at week.

In the office area, a Cover 20 floor system was installed over a total area of 150 m². 
Due to the high loads in some rooms, the floor system was supplemented with the b!klimax+ wall system on an active area of 120 m² with plasterboard cladding and polystyrene insulation.

In the management office and waiting room, a radiant ceiling system with a b!klimax+ 600x600 Quadrotto system was planned for a total area of 50 m².

To ensure maximum performance in summer and winter operation, the radiant system has been combined with a humidity control system and a thermoregulation system for radiant systems, both manufactured by RDZ.

For air treatment, a Unit Comfort UC 2000 was installed, a machine consisting of the coupling of the DA 2000 radiant air conditioning dehumidifier with the SR 2000 heat recovery unit. The unit is used in the tertiary sector, for rooms of medium volume and crowding. Unit Comfort is equipped as standard with motorised air dampers and manages the functions of dehumidification, ventilation, air renewal (with heat recovery), winter and summer sensible power integration.
