For the realisation of this splendid three-storey hotel, the CI.TI. thermo-technical studio of Como, in collaboration with the installation company Proserpio Tecnoimpianti srl of Simone Proserpio of Barzanò LC, chose to use a modern air-conditioning system for the rooms in the name of comfort and well-being. In fact, the architectural firm and the client had expressed the need to install an innovative system that not only guaranteed climatic comfort throughout the year, but also achieved particularly high performance in the summer. Attention to aesthetics, the freedom to use all available space without clutter and disturbing elements, low energy consumption, and the guarantee of healthy and hygienic premises all contributed to the choice of RDZ's b!klimax ceiling radiant system.
The system was installed in the lobby, breakfast room and bistro lounge on the ground floor, and in the 18 suites on the first and second floors, covering a total of 725 m².
Since the architectural structure has large glass walls and the internal thermal loads are very high, the radiant system was integrated with an air system that provides the necessary integration and at the same time allows the control of the relative humidity of the air in the various rooms.
