New Plus underfloor heating system for the 6th tallest skyscraper in the world: The ideal climate breaks a new record
RDZ air-conditions the tallest building in South Korea and the sixth tallest in the world. With its imposing 555 metres and spectacular mirrored façade, the Lotte World Tower, located in the centre of Seoul, rises more than 123 storeys and will soon house luxury accommodation, offices, businesses and a seven-star hotel.
On the ground floor in the building's spacious and ultra-modern lobby, guests will be greeted by the comfort of RDZ's New Plus underfloor heating and cooling system, which covers an area of around 2,000 m² and is the ideal solution for new buildings where there is a need to reduce the footprint of the radiant system.
To achieve maximum performance in summer and winter operation, the radiant system was completed with an electronic regulation system, consisting of expandable multi-zone Wi-module controllers.
