A late 19th century building stands in the historic centre of Mercato San Severino (SA).
One of the lodgings, whose interiors are reminiscent, due to the height of some of the rooms, of 19th-century architectural features, was renovated under the guidance and supervision of architect Paolo De Angelis of Monteforte Irpino (AV).

In the accommodation, consisting of 7 rooms (kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a hallway) covering an area of 120 m2 and located on the first floor above the building's main entrance hall, which also serves as a driveway, climatic and acoustic comfort is guaranteed by RDZ's Acoustic Plus underfloor heating system. DIN Certco-certified (7F310-F) and made of expanded double-density sintered polystyrene foam and elasticised, thanks to the materials used and the production technology, it is unique in terms of acoustic performance and ensures a reduction in impact sound level of 26 dB according to UNI EN 140-8.
