An avant-garde residential complex evoking nature, beauty, technology and well-being

In the elegant seaside resort of Estoril, Portugal, stands an avant-garde residential complex characterised by modern, exquisite and refined design. The building consists of 16 flats, ranging in size from 154 m² to 354 m², where the refined and delicate design of the interiors meets the prestige of the building materials. This union gives rise to rooms with a natural charm, which convey a pleasant feeling of tranquillity and well-being.

Precisely with the aim of obtaining cosy and extremely comfortable spaces also from a thermal point of view, an RDZ underfloor radiant system was chosen for winter radiant heating. 2200 m² of Panel Cover 20 accommodate a total of 13,800 m of Ø17 Tech Pe-XC piping, in which the low-temperature water flows to heat the rooms in winter. Thanks to this system, each living unit is heated evenly and quietly, creating ideal conditions for people's well-being while simultaneously containing consumption.

Since the system is embedded in the floor slab, it is also invisible and easy to clean. The absence of external encumbrances and visible elements has also made it possible to furnish spaces in complete and absolute freedom.
