Underfloor heating for the renovation of a Veneto villa
Comfort and energy saving under the banner of renewable sources

In the flat Veneto countryside between the provinces of Padua, Venice and Treviso stands a beautiful villa with park, one of many built by the Venetian nobility between the 17th and 18th centuries.

For the choice of systems, the client, at the suggestion of the designer and the installation company, opted for an underfloor heating system capable of guaranteeing climatic comfort in every room, the possibility of using the entire available surface area, freedom in the choice of furnishings, healthiness of the rooms and reduced energy consumption.

The system, installed on the ground floor and first floor of the building for a total of 290 m2, is a Cover 30 underfloor heating system complete with electronic regulation for optimal control of water and air temperatures.

The plant engineering system is completed by a condensation boiler for heat generation and a solar thermal system with high-efficiency vacuum panels for the production of domestic hot water, heating integration and, in the summer, swimming pool integration. All under the banner of renewable energy.
