In the picturesque seaside town of Caorle (VE), two 7-storey towers with modern and delicate lines shine.
We are in Marina Verde, the first Wellness Resort in Italy to have obtained ‘CasaClima A+’ certification. 

The two buildings, which boast 8,000 square metres of interior and exterior floors constructed entirely of wood, feature the latest low environmental impact technologies to ensure high thermal and acoustic comfort while respecting nature. In particular, in the 73 very high-level apartments, designed by Italian architect Simone Micheli, the ideal climate is evenly spread thanks to RDZ's New Plus system, the low-temperature radiant floor system that stands out for the compactness and high mechanical resistance of the insulating panel.

Underfloor heating system with New Plus and Dry for the first Clima Resort in Europe with A+ energy certification. It is an eco-friendly building for energy saving with 80% reduction of the energy need. This means low running costs. Seven floors are made of wood with high-tech structure and insulation, combined with top-quality doors, windows and instalations.
