b!klimax traditional radiant ceiling heating and cooling system and RNW 404 horizontal ceiling dehumidifier: a perfect combination to ensure the successful renovation of a 1970s building.

The customer: "RDZ's solution allowed us to have a single comfortable, efficient and high-performance heating and cooling system. Consumption is reduced and the absence of clutter has allowed us to customise the space without constraints and to obtain a safe environment for our child. With a single intervention, we reduced the height of the rooms, created the radiant system, thermally insulated the attic, created the conditions for lighting with LED spotlights and created an additional space to hide other installations".

RDZ has always offered integrated and innovative solutions for indoor well-being, capable of reducing energy consumption and satisfying any structural constraints.
This is the case of a building renovation project for a private home in Treviso, near Venice.
The building, built in the 1970s, was characterised by a low floor thickness and a large ceiling space (the original height of the room was 3 metres).
A traditional b!klimax ceiling radiant system combined with a RNW 404 dehumidifier was therefore chosen for heating and cooling. This solution offered maximum comfort in summer and winter, healthy and child-proof spaces, and an additional technical space in which to hide the electrical system to speed up implementation and reduce labour costs.
